• Gmail and Google Calendar permissions are read-only.
• Reboard never sends messages or modifies calendar data.
• Raw email content is not persisted beyond the active session.
• Only derived storylines are stored when persistence is required.
• OAuth tokens and the OpenAI API key remain server-side.
• Secrets are excluded from logs.
• Draft replies remain editable and require manual review and sending.
